Product Introduction: CZ1490 Explosion-proof Distribution Box.


CZ1490 explosion-proof junction box (IIB+H, IIIC/Db), with EU ATEX explosion-proof certification, EAC Customs Union explosion-proof certification and China CCC certification, meets the latest international explosion-proof standards, and can achieve dual explosion-proof protection for both gas and dust. Suitable for potentially explosive hazard zones (Zone 1/2, Zone 21/22) and harsh working hazard areas. The shell is made of high-density aluminum alloy one-time molding (maximum size 750mm*750mm*480mm), and the surface protection adopts electrostatic spraying epoxy plastic powder process, and the sealing strip between the box body and the box cover can be optionally installed to achieve IP67 level protection, which has the characteristics of high protection level, good anti-corrosion performance, strong dustproof performance and excellent waterproof performance. It has the characteristics of high and low temperature resistance (-55°C≤Ta≤+60°C), and can easily cope with the complex and harsh environment of chemical sites, petroleum and petrochemical sites, and offshore platforms.

Solution:
Use the power dissipation method to calculate the maximum surface temperature group of the product, whether changing the component configuration scheme or with optional customer products, you can obtain the real, safe and reliable temperature group through scientific calculation.

 

  1. How to solve the safety problems after opening holes such as different specifications of cable entry ports, quantity, etc.?

 


Solution:
Within the permissible opening sizes (M6 to M115 and NPT3/8 to NPT3) and hole spacing, the maximum area removal method is used to open the holes to meet the customer's various opening needs while ensuring the safety of the product.

 

  1. When the reference pressure measurement of flameproof products is carried out, it is determined by the empty shell, how to solve the safety risk of pressure superposition (pressure increase) caused by the built-in barrier?




Solution:
According to IEC60079-1:2014 standard, add an analog partition test to solve the safety risk of pressure superposition (pressure increase) caused by the built-in barrier.
