On June 19, 2023, DNV issued both ATEX and IECEx product certifications alongside an explosion-proof management system certificate to CZ Electric — recognizing the company's nine newly developed portable explosion-proof lighting products. The ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both organizations.
The certifications followed a rigorous review of CZ's products and quality management system by DNV, affirming CZ's standards in explosion-proof safety and product reliability.
This milestone also marks 15 years of partnership between CZ and DNV, dating back to their first collaboration in 2008. Over this period, DNV has accompanied CZ's growth from a domestic manufacturer into a globally recognized explosion-proof brand. Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to continued cooperation, with a shared focus on advancing explosion-proof technology, intelligent equipment, and green product certification.

Official certification issued by DNV for CZ: CZ is the first explosion-proof manufacturing enterprise in China to be issued an EU ATEX product certificate by DNV.
