A. Installation method of explosion-proof lamp wiring:

a. Determine the installation position of the lamp, select the appropriate installation method, and prepare the corresponding length of φ6~8mm three-core cable according to the distance from the lamp to the 220V power supply contact;

b. Open the two locks on the lamp holder to open the back cover, pass one end of the prepared three-core cable through the inlet, connect the live wire (L) to the "L" terminal, and connect the neutral wire (N) to the On the "N" terminal, connect the ground wire (PE) to the "PE" terminal, and then press the cable at the inlet with a compression nut, close the back cover, fasten the lock, and finally connect the three-core cable The other end is connected to the power supply, and the lighting can be realized.​​

c. When replacing the bulb, open the back cover according to the method of use, turn the lamp holder to the right, and gently pull it out from the lamp cover, unscrew the old bulb on the lamp holder, and replace it with a new one.

B. Precautions for wiring and installation of explosion-proof lamps

a. When transporting, install the lamps in the provided carton, explosion-proof lamps and add foam shock absorption.​​

b. When using, the surface of the lamp has a certain temperature rise, which is a normal phenomenon; the center of the transparent part has a high temperature and should not be touched.​​

c. When replacing the bulb, the bulb of the same type and power should be used; if the bulb type or power is changed, the matching ballast should be replaced accordingly.
