New name, new start - the founding meeting of CZ Electric Co., Ltd. was successfully held.
On 29 July, at the conference, the chairman solemnly announced that "CZ Explosion-proof Electrical Co., Ltd." had been officially renamed "CZ Electric Co., Ltd." and an unveiling ceremony was held.
The successful holding of this conference marked the completion of the company's joint-stock reform. Since then, CZ Electric has entered a new chapter. In the future, CZ people will adhere to the concept of "Look for CZ for safety and explosion protection" and rely on continuous technological innovation and strict quality assurance to realise our vision - to provide safety protection for human life and property. Big man with great wisdom - new LED blast-proof floodlight goes online
In 2019, the Technology Department continued to promote new product research and development. CZ0878d/1 and CZ0878d/3 series LED spotlights have successively completed and passed structural design and sample function verification.
The power of the CZ0878d/3 LED spotlight is in the range of 200-240W. Its outstanding feature is that it can be installed independently according to customers' lighting needs, or four lights can be connected and combined into a super-powerful 800-1000W floodlight. The successful research and development of these two types of LED spotlights has greatly expanded the specification range of the company's LED spotlight series products and is sure to create a wider application market.
Going deep blue - international certificates are more complete
In 2019, various international certifications of the company's products continued to deepen, and the types of certificates and the total number of certificates reached a new high. As of December, the company’s current products have a total of 113 ATEX, IECEx, and EAC certificates, in addition to CE certificates, CB certificates, SASO certificates, and compliance reports of relevant industry international standards such as IEC/EN 60947 and IEC/EN 61598. In 2019, building on the past few years, Chuangzheng accelerated the "pace of going global" and continued to expand its international marketing path. It actively participated in Hannover Industrial Show in Germany, OTC International Oil and Gas Exhibition in the United States and Calgary Petroleum Industry Technology in Canada. Exhibitions, the 17th Asian Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Engineering Technology Exhibition, Nigeria International Oil & Gas Equipment Trade Exhibition, Indonesia International Oil & Gas Exploration & Products and Refining Exhibition, Abu Dhabi Petrochemical Exhibition, Beijing International Petroleum Exhibition; won project orders from Oman National Oil, South Korea's Hyundai, UAE National Oil, Kuwait National Oil and other projects, and developed more than 70 new customers from various countries. While consolidating the original European and Southeast Asian markets, we are actively expanding into emerging markets such as the Belt and Road Initiative to further expand Chuangzheng's overseas circle of friends.
Connecting with the Belt and Road Market-Customs Union CU-TR Certification
CZ12 plastic explosion-proof box/CZ13 series stainless steel explosion-proof box, CZ022 series explosion-proof gland and other products have passed the EAC certification and successfully obtained the CU-TR certificate during the year, marking Chuangzheng's transformation from explosion-proof component modules, explosion-proof electrical modules, explosion-proof grids A series of explosion-proof electrical products such as orchids, explosion-proof bolts and explosion-proof boxes have completed the explosion-proof certification of the Customs Union. Under the "One Belt, One Road" strategy, we will make in-depth arrangements in key overseas markets.
Safety First-Safety Production Standardisation Level Three Enterprises
CZ Electric received the certificate "Safety production standardisation" in January 2019. Certificate name: Safety production standardisation level three enterprise. This is the year the company started to establish a safety standard management system in 2012, and won the honour of safety standard demonstration enterprise in the same year. This year, it passed the third certificate renewal inspection.
In addition, the company passed the inspection in February and was rated as a national small and medium-sized technology enterprise for the third year in a row.
