1. Panel Light Aluminum Frame:
It is the main channel for heat dissipation of LED explosion-proof lamps, with a simple and elegant appearance. There are mainly two types: one is the low cost of stamping and mold opening and the low processing cost. The other is die-cast aluminum frame, which has good surface texture and beautiful overall appearance, but the cost of early investment in molds is high.
2. LED explosion-proof light source:
3528 is usually used for LED explosion proof light emitting diode bulbs, 3014 and 5050 are also used for other bulbs. 3014 and 5050 have low cost and slightly lower luminous efficiency. The key is the difficulty of designing the light guide network points. 3528 has high luminous efficiency and good versatility.
3. LED explosion-proof light guide plate:
The light from the side LEDs is refracted by the point, so that the light is uniformly emitted from the front. The light guide plate is the key to the quality control of LED panel lights. If the dot design is not good, the overall luminous efficiency is very poor. Generally speaking, there will be light in the middle and darkness on both sides, or there will be bright bands at the light entrance, or there will be visible local dark areas, or there will be different brightness at different angles. Improving the light efficiency of the light guide plate mainly depends on the design of the dots, followed by the quality of the sheet, but there is no need to blindly trust the first-line sheet, the light transmittance between qualified sheets is usually almost the same. Generally, the small LED lamp factory directly purchases the public light guide plate for use, so there is no need to resample the design. Common boards used by more manufacturers are generally of acceptable quality.
4. LED Diffuser:
The light of the light guide plate can be exported evenly, and it can also play the role of blurring point. Diffuser plates are usually made of acrylic 2.0 board or computer material, but polystyrene material is almost the same. Acrylic resins are less expensive and have a slightly higher light transmittance than PCs. Acrylic is brittle and has weak anti-aging ability. PCs are slightly more expensive, but have strong anti-aging capabilities. After the diffuser is installed, no dots can be seen, and the light transmittance should be around 90%. Acrylic transmittance is 92%, computer is 88%, polystyrene is about 80%, you can choose the diffusion material according to your needs, most manufacturers use acrylic material at present.
5. Reflective paper:
Reflected from the corners of the back of the light guide plate to improve light efficiency.
6. Rear cover:
The main function is to seal the LED panel light, usually made of aluminum, which can also play a little heat dissipation role.
7. Drive power:
At present, there are two kinds of LED driving power supply for LED explosion-proof lamp, one is constant current power supply, which has high efficiency, power factor as high as 0.95, and high cost performance. The second is to use a constant voltage and constant current power supply with stable performance, low efficiency and high cost. Generally speaking, this power supply is mainly used for export. The other party needs authentication and must use a safe power supply. In fact, it is very safe to use a constant current power supply at home because it is difficult for users to obtain power and the lamp itself uses safe low voltage power.
