Installation and maintenance precautions:

1. Power off before installation and maintenance, and do not install with electricity.

2. The fastening bolts are complete and tightened to ensure the effectiveness of the seal.

3. The spring washer is complete. The gasket is intact. The incoming and outgoing cables pass through the rubber sealing ring, and they must be pressed with washers and compression nuts to ensure that the sealing and cables are not loose, and one hole is sealed for one cable.

4. If the sealing ring is corroded, brittle, deformed, sticky or the hardness change exceeds 20% of the ex-factory value during use, it should be purchased and replaced from the manufacturer in time to ensure reliable explosion-proof performance.

5. During maintenance and disassembly, be careful not to bump, scratch or corrode the flameproof surface, and apply anti-rust oil regularly.

6. The explosion-proof distribution box should be checked regularly during use to ensure its good operation

7. The grounding signs and grounding bolts are complete, and the grounding bolts need to be grounded.

8. Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from opening the cover for maintenance and inspection.
