How to know explosion-proof lamp?

With the rapid development of petroleum, chemical, mining and other industries, lighting lamps are increasingly used in production, storage and rescue. How to prevent accidental explosion of lighting fixtures in explosive gas hazardous areas has become a very important issue. As the lighting fixtures inevitably produce electric sparks or form hot surfaces during operation, once they come into contact with the explosive gas mixture at the production or rescue site, they will cause an explosion accident and directly endanger the lives of citizens and the safety of national property. Therefore, as the most widely used lighting fixture, its explosion-proof technology has already attracted wide attention and high praise. Aluminium alloy shell with plastic sprayed on the surface; Dual use of lighting and emergency; The maintenance-free nickel-cadmium battery pack is installed inside, which can be automatically charged under normal power supply, and the emergency light corresponding to the accident power failure or power failure will be automatically lit; Steel pipe wiring; The normal lighting and emergency lighting in the special emergency light are independent; The lighting emergency dual-purpose lamp, normal lighting and emergency lighting share one lamp body, and the light source is independent.
According to the explosion-proof type, it can be divided into five main types: flameproof type, increased safety type, overpressure type, non-sparking type and dust explosion-proof type. It can also be combined or combined with other explosion-proof types and the above-mentioned explosion-proof types or special types.
Flameproof Type
All parts of the equipment that can ignite the explosive gas mixture are enclosed in a casing. The enclosure can withstand the internal explosion of the flammable mixture entering the enclosure through any joint surface or structural gap of the enclosure without damage and can ensure that the energy of the internal flame gas as it spreads through the gap is reduced to a level insufficient to ignite the gas in the enclosure.
Increased safety type
For electrical equipment that does not produce arcs and sparks under normal operating conditions, some additional measures must be taken to improve its safety level, to prevent the possibility of dangerous temperatures, arcs and sparks in its internal and external components, and to take further protective measures on the structure to improve the reliability and safety performance of the equipment.
Barotropic type
By maintaining the pressure of the inert gas inside the equipment enclosure above the ambient pressure of the safe electrical equipment, the static overpressure in the system is protected or a continuous flow of air or inert gas is maintained to limit the flammable mixture entering the enclosure. Remove the flammable gas entering the enclosure when the equipment is not under positive pressure to prevent the formation of a flammable mixture in the enclosure.
